DROR DAVID NAHUM, Advocate & Notary
Dror David Nahum is an expert in property law, real estate, copyright, communication and entertainment law. Dror belonged to the founders' group of Shaham – the Israeli Actors Guild, and served as its legal counsel. Dror gained unique expertise drafting collective agreements in the Israeli entertainment industry, and gained vast experience representing and providing legal guidance to feature film productions as well as negotiating development and production grant deals with public and private film funds.
Dror specializes in all legal aspects of media, journalism and content and represents producers, talent, format creators and broadcasters.
As part of his service to the community, Dror serves as the Chairman of the Israeli foundation of original play writing, a non profit organization which supports the development of original play writing.
Dror in a graduate of the Beit Zvi School of the Performing Arts and of Brunel University, London U.K. (LL.B). He is a member of the Israeli Bar since 1999, and he serves as an arbitrator in civil matters as well as an appointed arbitrator on behalf of the Israeli Bar.
Beyond practicing law, Dror is a lecturer on copyright in television and film schools and he teaches media courses in universities and high education institutions. Dror also gives designated professional seminars for artists and performers' unions in Israel.
Dror is a licensed notary, approved by the Embassy of Italy in Israel. He provides notary services in Hebrew, English and Italian.
