Dror David Nahum, Advocates was established in 1999 by Dror David Nahum.

 

Our firm practices commercial law and property law, specializing in two major areas of expertise.

 

The first is intellectual property, media and entertainment law.  We provide our clients with legal services and strategies to protect their rights in their creative assets, whether audio-visual, music or textual. Our team provides ongoing legal guidance to television, film and new-media productions, stage performance and music productions in Israel and worldwide. Our clients benefit from our deep familiarity with the business standards of the Israeli and international content and entertainment industries, as well as from our vast connections to leading figures and companies in these worlds. We specialize in production and distribution deals, right holder agreements and licensing and merchandising deals in Israel, Europe and the U.S., as well as in joint ventures with international internet and new-media companies.

 

Our second area of expertise is property and commercial law, in their broadest sense, including representation in real estate transactions, preparation of last wills and testaments, estate execution and real estate management. We set up the legal framework of new corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, including shareholder and investor agreements. Our services include representation in courts and arbitration proceedings.

We provide notary services in Hebrew, English and Italian.
